There are many reasons why houses don’t sell.
Physically your house may be beautifully presented and in a perfect location, but it is not selling.
Spiritually it feels like an emotional junk yard.
A house normally sells within five seconds of the buyer entering. It is a subconscious reaction. So what are the buyers reacting to?
What We Do
By clearing these emotional energies and geopathic stress, it will give your home a neutral atmosphere. Potential buyers will now not encounter ‘the wall of heavy emotion’ as they enter, and they will feel comfortable and relaxed as they walk around. We would also suggest that if you have an open house viewing day, that you inform us. We will then carry out a clearing to ensure nothing detrimental is left behind.
