Renting
The Tenant
As you move into a rented property you will be inheriting all the energetic patterns left behind by previous tenants, the good and the bad.
Unfurnished properties usually have less problems than furnished, at least you know who the last person was that slept in your bed or sat on your sofa.
Temporary accommodation generally feels temporary. Tenants come, and tenants go, rarely do they stay to make the house a home, each one will have a story to tell.
The Landlord
By clearing the energetic patterns left by the last tenant, it means that the next tenant will not be influenced in a detrimental way.
For example, if the last tenant was untidy, this energy pattern left behind could start to influence the next occupant. A repeating pattern then gets created.
However, a happy tenant often means that the house is well looked after. They treat it as they would their own home and frequently stay for a long period.

Clearing away old energy patterns of past occupants will allow you to live more comfortably in your temporary home.
Landlord
As each tenant moves out, the property needs to be cleared (healed) of the old energy patterns. The new occupant can now move in with nothing untoward left to unsettle them.
N.B. This should not be looked at as a replacement for, but complementary to, a visit to your GP should you have any health concerns or issues whatsoever.
