Before you rush to email me with a misspelling, it isn’t.
The Internet is an external way of looking up data however the INNERNET is information that comes from inside you, our ‘inner’ knowing or what is sometimes referred to as a gut reaction.
Modern left-brain methods of teaching have ‘educated’ us away from listening to and using this inner knowing, preferring to bombard us with external methods of learning.
So, how do we instinctively know the answer to something that we don’t actually know the answer to? Does the information come from our DNA or perhaps some form of cellular
memory passed on from our ancestral past?
How many times have you met someone, heard your internal alarm bells ring and then completely ignore them? Only later to be caught out by a person’s deceit or ulterior motive?
If only I had listened to my ‘gut reaction’ is a commonly heard phrase.
We are all given this ‘internal early warning system’ but sadly many people today just don’t trust this amazing inherent gift, preferring to stumble on purely using logic rather than listen
to their intuition.
The more we learn to trust our inner self the stronger it becomes, but we do need to maintain a balance in our modern lives, therefore combining logic and intuition is important.
Don’t ignore either one in favour of the other, logic can’t answer everything!
